Filip is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer. He has a passion for helping people reach their personal and fitness goals, both mentally and physically. For the past twelve years, Filip has successfully helped literally hundreds of people (from beginner to advanced) with weight loss, weight training, circuit training and group training. He loves motivating people to be the best they can be and will bring that passion to you.


Filip’s passion for fitness started at his young age. When he was growing up he was a very skinny teenager so he started working out at his parents condo/ apt. After working out for a while he started to help his friends work out. During this time Filip joined a Judo club and a Boxing club to expand his skill set. Now he is looking to use the knowledge he has gained to help you.


Filip Fitness combines the knowledge and expertise of a personal trainer with the convenience and luxury of not having to go to the gym. All fitness plans and regimens are designed for you, whether you want to work out at your home or any other place convenient to you.

I assess every individual client’s goals allowing me to create a personalized approach that exceeds your expectations. The program that I’ve developed over the past six years encompasses personal training, nutrition, and group fitness for all life styles including high-rise and corporate services.

Too tired to go to the gym? I come to you! Don’t have the equipment? I’ll bring it! Train where and when you want – in your home, apartment, office or in your neighborhood park. We can do a lot in a limited space – you just have to make the call!
